General
I don´t beging working until I recieve payment.
The commission can be rejected for any reason.
Commissions are made in order they were paid.
Payment methods
Payment via Paypal
For México: paypal, deposit (oxxo, bank), wire transfer.
Payment
Single payment of 100%
Payment in parts: 50% to start the commission and 50% before sending the finale result. Via paypal 10% extra charge in this method. Via deposit / wire transfer no charge.
Urgent commission 20% extra charge.
Pay until i accept the commission
If the client has not paid within a period of more than 3 months, the price will be readjusted to the currect value of the list.
In case of not making the full payment, only a sketch of the commission will be sent
Work in Progress Updates
The wips are this:
Sketch (here you can make any changes)
Lineart (only small changes, not a pose or character entirely)
Color (Only color corrections)
Final version (Only small changes in light / shadows / details)
If you want more wips updates you can ask me.
Changes
Changes can be made freely during the period of the sketch.
If the client want a big change (pose / character / extra) after the sketch has been accepted, an extra will be charged.
No big changes can be accepted once the order has been completed with 100%.
Mistakes made by me, will be corrected free of charge, regardless of when they were made.
Refunds
If in the final result is missing something that the costumer not indicated, a refund will not be made.
After a wip sketch is sent, no refunds will be given.
If the client want a refund before i start the commission, only 50% will be refunded.
After one month, the payment will not be refunded.
Usage
As the artist, I will retain rights to the artwork and can post them on my social media. Unless otherwise is specified.
Only personal use.
If the client want a the original art (only apply in stickers and emotes) a 100% will be charge.
For commercial use, 150% extra charge (I will send the client the original file).
Comercial use commission do not transfer autorship of the work.
Final work can´t be modifed for commercial use.
The final work can only be used by the commissioner (unless it is a shared commission, like an icon or a present).
The client may post the commission on social media, if credit is given.
